NOTICE.—LEONARD TUBBS, Esq., of 68, Aldersgate
Street, in the City of London, a Solicitor of the
Supreme Court of Judicature in England and a Commis-
sioner for Oaths in England, has this day been appointed
by His Honour Mr. Justice Denniston a Commissioner of
the Supreme Court of New Zealand, under the 2nd section
of “The Commissioners of the Supreme Court Act, 1875,”
for the purpose of administering and taking all such oaths,
affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
