Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53044, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 85, Block II., Kawatiri Survey District. Bounded towards the south-west, towards the north-west, towards the north-east, and again towards the north-west by Section No. 35, Block II., Kawatiri Survey District, 800, 569·8, 638, and 292 links respectively; thence again towards the north-east by the public road forming the north-eastern boundary of the said Section No. 35, 166·5 links; and thence towards the south-east by the public road forming the south-eastern boundary of the said Section No. 35, 823·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53522, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
