Amending a Proclamation.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by “The Land Act, 1892,” “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the twenty-first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 7, on the thirtieth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, setting apart the Hokonui Block for settlement by excluding from the said Proclamation the land set forth in the Schedule hereto.

As the same is delineated upon the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five.

Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XI., Paritutu Survey District, Egmont Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner, lessee, and mortgagee of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Egmont Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Paritutu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.
