NOTICE is hereby given for public information that the
Flaxbourne Settlement, containing 45,448 acres, will
be open for selection at this office on Monday, the 29th day
of May, 1905, under the provisions of "The Land for Set-
tlements Consolidation Act, 1900," and amendments.
The estate has been subdivided into thirty-two farms,
sixteen small grazing-runs, and several smaller sections.
Plans and full particulars will be published at an early
date.
