to be the Returning Officer to conduct the first elections of the Commissioners of the Town District of Martinborough, County of Featherston, as constituted under “The Town Districts Act, 1881”; also to appoint Thursday, the 20th day of April, 1905, to be the time, and the office of the Featherston County Council, at Martinborough, to be the place, at which such first elections shall be held; and also to appoint Thursday, the 27th day of April, 1905, at half-past 7 o’clock in the afternoon, to be the time, and the said office to be the place, at which the first meeting of the said Commissioners shall be held.
