APRIL 6.] THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE. 863

NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of the parcels of land known respectively as Mangawhero No. 3B (otherwise Rohirohi) and Mangawhero No. 4, and of the succession to the interests of Te Rangituat ea Moihi, deceased, therein; and of the application of J. W. Ellis, dated the 24th day of October, 1904, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

WHEREAS the said application was referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report: And whereas it appears that at a sitting of the Court held at Otorohanga on the 9th day of October, 1901, Te No Okewhare was determined to be the successor to the interest of the said deceased in the land known as Mangawhero No. 3B (otherwise Rohirohi), and Te Reo Erihi was determined to be the successor to the interest of the said deceased in Mangawhero No. 4, and that errors were made in drawing up the succession orders intended to give effect to the said determinations:

Now, therefore, I, the Chief Judge of the said Court, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the said section 39, and for the purpose of rectifying the said errors, do hereby order that the said succession orders of the Court be amended in such manner as to give effect to the determinations of the Court as aforesaid.

As witness my hand, this 27th day of March, 1905. H. G. SETH SMITH, Chief Judge.
