Setting apart Land in the Westland Land District for Lease
as a Village Settlement under Part IV. of “The Land
Act, 1892.”

PLUNKET, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by the one-hundred-and-sixty-eighth section of
“The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim and declare that the allotments of Crown lands re-
spectively described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
the same are hereby set apart and declared open for lease
as a village settlement.

His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
ington, this fourth day of March, in the year
of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred
by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and
its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with
the consent of the owner and of the lessee of the land
mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Manga-
where Road Board, being the local authority in whose
district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the
land in Waipakura Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents
as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of
the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.
