I, ERNEST HENRY HOWARD, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, New Zealand, 1905, now residing at Dunedin, do hereby give notice that I intend to apply on the 9th day of March next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand, and that I have deposited evidence of my qualification at the office of the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages at Dunedin.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership between the undersigned, SYDENHAM OXENHAM, of Makauri, in the County of Cook, and JOHN SOMERVELL, of Gisborne, Brickmakers and Contractors, carrying on business as Brickmakers and Contractors at Makauri aforesaid, and in Gisborne, under the style or firm of “Oxenham and Somervell,” was, as at the 19th day of January, 1905, dissolved by mutual consent, and that the said Sydenham Oxenham was appointed, and is hereby appointed, Receiver for the said firm, for the purpose of winding up the business and affairs of the said firm, and who will receive all debts owing to and pay all debts owing by the said firm.
As witness our hands, this 11th day of February, 1905, at Gisborne.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership business heretofore carried on by the undersigned, as Sheepfarmers and Graziers, on the station properties known as “Ohuka” and “Ardkeen,” both situate in the Provincial District of Auckland, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
