NOTICE is hereby given that, the undermentioned lands having been forfeited by resolution of the Wellington Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892.”

NOTICE is hereby given for public information that the Commissioners appointed in pursuance of section 189 of “The Land Act, 1892,” have reported to His Excellency the Governor that the rural lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto have been classified by them as therein noted.

SCHEDULE.

CLASS I.—PASTORAL LANDS, being Lands suitable exclusively for Pasturage, and not capable of being used with Profit in Areas of a Carrying-capacity of less than Five Thousand Sheep.

254, 254A, and 260 Acres. 76,020 Situated in Taieri and Maniototo Counties, and Serpentine, St. Abb’s, Hedgehope, Sutton, and Loganburn Survey Districts. Bounded on the north by Crown lands, commencing where Spiller’s Track meets the Taieri River, thence along track to creek, and in the same line continued along the north boundary of Great Moss Swamp to the Loganburn; on the east by Run 213c and surveyed land; on the south by Deep Stream, surveyed sections, and Run 353c; on the west by the Taieri River.
346A 8,100 Situated in Lake County, and Glenorchy and Mid-Wakatipu Districts. Bounded on the north by Shepherd’s Hut Creek, on the east by Run 12, on the south by Simpson’s Creek and surveyed section, on the west by recreation reserve.
9 and 9A 12,790 Situated in Lake County, and Glenorchy and Mid-Wakatipu Districts. Bounded on the north by Simpson’s Creek, surveyed section, and Run 11; on the east by Run 8; on the south and west by recreation reserve and surveyed sections.

CLASS II.—PASTORAL AGRICULTURAL LANDS, being Lands adapted in part for Pasturage and in part for Agricultural Purposes, but suitable for Subdivision in Areas not exceeding Five Thousand Acres.

Section 19, Block VI., Budle District 190 1 33 Situated in Waikouaiti County. Bounded on the north by Section 20, on the east by Section 18, on the south by Section 17, all of the same block and district; and on the west by a road-line.
Sections 20 and 21, Block VI., Budle District 335 1 36 Situated in Waihemo County. Bounded on the north by Section 4, on the east by Section 7, on the south by Sections 18 and 19, all of the same block and district; and on the west by a road-line.

Land in Argyll Settlement, Hawke’s Bay Land District, open for Selection on Lease in Perpetuity.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Napier, 14th February, 1905.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity, at this office, on Wednesday, the 29th day of March, 1905, under the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” and amendments.

If more than one application is received for the section on the same day, the order of selection shall be decided by ballot.
