CROWN LANDS NOTICES.
Lands in Wellington Land District forfeited.

NOTICE is hereby given that, the undermentioned lands having been forfeited by resolution of the Wellington Land Board, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892.”

NOTICE is hereby given for public information that the Commissioners appointed in pursuance of section 189 of “The Land Act, 1892,” have reported to His Excellency the Governor that the rural lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto have been classified by them as therein noted.

CLASS I.—PASTORAL LANDS, being Lands suitable exclusively for Pasturage, and not capable of being used with Profit in Areas of a Carrying-capacity of less than Five Thousand Sheep.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity, at this office, on Wednesday, the 29th day of March, 1905, under the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” and amendments.
If more than one application is received for the section on the same day, the order of selection shall be decided by ballot.
