Trustees for the Hanmer Plains Public Cemetery appointed.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
REGINALD ACTON ADAMS and
OSCAR ANDERSON
to be Trustees, in the place of John Rogers and Thomas Holmes, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Hanmer Plains Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and five.

Postmaster appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the eighth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act Amendment Act, 1888,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that
JOSEPH WILLIAM SALMON,
being a person holding the office of Postmaster under “The Post Office Act, 1900,” at Wellington South, is authorised to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-thirty-fourth section of “The Justices of the Peace Act, 1882.”

CHARLES BOWDEN, of Ohaupo,
to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of five members of the Ohaupo Land Drainage Board, as constituted under “The Land Drainage Act, 1904”; also to appoint Tuesday, the 14th day of March, 1905, to be the date, and the Waipa County Council Chambers, at Ohaupo, to be the place, for holding such elections; also to appoint Tuesday, the 21st day of March, 1905, at 2 o’clock p.m., to be the time, and the Waipa County Council Chambers, at Ohaupo, to be the place, at which the first meeting of Trustees shall be held.
