Lands proclaimed as Roads, and Roads closed, in Sections 98,
99, 129, and 73, Parish of Mahurangi, Warkworth Road
District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its
amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the con-
sent of the owners and of the mortgagee of the lands men-
tioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Warkworth
Road Board, being the local authority in whose district
the said lands are situated, proclaim as roads the lands in
Mahurangi Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as afore-
said, proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second
Schedule hereto, which are not required by reason of the
roads first hereinbefore proclaimed.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured
as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Chief
Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight
Commander of the Royal Victorian Order,
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
ington, this eleventh day of February, in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
five.

ERRATUM.—In the New Zealand Gazette No. 93, of the 17th November, 1904, page 2752, in the Schedule of the
Warrant setting apart lands for mining purposes exclusively—in the eighth line, for “north-easterly,” read “north-
westerly”; in the twenty-first line, for “S. 30° 5′ E.,” read “S. 30° 35′ E.”; in the thirty-eighth and thirty-ninth lines,
omit the words “the said peg being the north-eastern corner of Section No. 1”; in the forty-sixth line, for “N. 9° 6′ W.,”
read “N. 8° 26′ W.”; and in the fifty-first line, for “S. 83° 32′ E.,” read “S. 83° 42′ E.”
