MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, JOHN HOWARD MEACHER, Mem. R. Coll. Surg. Eng. 1895, Lic. R. Coll. Phys. Lond. 1895, now residing in Wellington, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 10th January next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar-General.

THE following are the charges, as from the 18th instant, for slaughtering and inspecting stock at the New Plymouth Borough Abattoir, which has been registered, under No. Ab. 16, as the abattoir within the meaning of “The Slaughtering and Inspection Act, 1900,” for the Borough of New Plymouth, instead of the charges contained in the notice dated the 21st March, 1905, signed by me, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 23rd March, 1905, namely:—

THE following is the scale of charges fixed by the Council of the Borough of Westport to be paid for the slaughtering of animals at the abattoir of the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Westport, situate in the County of Buller, about 30 chains from the eastern boundary of the borough, which said abattoir has been registered as the abattoir, within the meaning of “The Slaughtering and Inspection Act, 1900,” for the said borough:—

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, NICHOLAS OATES and ALEXANDER LOWRY, as Cycle Manufacturers and Importers, at Christchurch, Timaru, Ashburton, and Napier, under the style or firm of “Oates, Lowry, and Co.,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Nicholas Oates, who will continue the said business under the style or firm of “Oates and Co.”

As witness our hands, this 30th day of November, 1905.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between us at Feilding as Tailors, under the style or firm of “Sears and St. John,” has been dissolved from the 4th day of December, 1905, by mutual consent.

The business will be carried on by H. T. SEARS on his own account, who is authorised to receive all moneys due to the late firm, and he will pay all debts (if any) due by the said firm.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on business as Coachbuilders, under the style of “Coyle and Moore,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will be henceforth carried on by MICHAEL JOHN COYLE, who will receive all debts due to and discharge all liabilities owing by the late firm.
