Sitting of the Native Appellate Court at Hastings.

Native Land Court Office, Wellington, 9th December, 1905.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Hastings on the 11th day of January, 1906, to hear and determine the several appeals against the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said applications are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

18 Te Paea Tiaho Wharerangi That on the rehearing of the partition of the said land the shares of the owners of the block were not allotted correctly—that is to say, the shares of the children of Paora Torotoro were agreed upon to have been equal, whereas by the award of the Court the share of Warihia is larger than those of the others.

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to a Judge of the Court for certificates under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienations hereunder specified. I HEREBY give notice that by an order of the Court the public examination of the above ARTHUR ST. GEORGE FORBES will be held at the Magistrate’s Courthouse, Auckland, on Saturday, the 16th day of December, 1905, at 9.30 a.m.; also that by the same order the above-named bankrupt is directed to attend at the time and place mentioned.
