to serve in the House of Representatives for the Northern Maori Electoral District, and that you cause the nomination of the said member to be at the Courthouse, at Kororareka, on the first day of December, 1905, and, in the event of the election being contested, that the poll shall be taken on the twentieth day of December, 1905.
You are further required to indorse on this writ the name of the person so elected, and then to return the writ to me on or before the eleventh day of January, 1906.

IN pursuance of Part IV. of “The Electoral Act, 1905,” I hereby authorise and require you to proceed, according to law, to the election of a member to serve in the House of Representatives for the Eastern Maori Electoral District, and that you cause the nomination of the said member to be at the Courthouse, at Gisborne, on the first day of December, 1905, and, in the event of the election being contested, that the poll shall be taken on the twentieth day of December, 1905.
You are further required to indorse on this writ the name of the person so elected, and then to return the writ to me on or before the eleventh day of January, 1906.
