  • This amount is largely made up of calls due in London and Rio de Janeiro. They are probably paid, but, being only due last December, there has not been sufficient time to have received advice to such effect.

† This amount includes amounts held in London and Rio de Janeiro to meet disbursements on account of the dredge. These payments have no doubt been made, but advice is not yet to hand. All such payments would, of course, decrease amount shown as contingent liabilities.
