THE following resolutions, passed by the Legislative Council and by the House of Representatives, are published in accordance with section 238 of “The Land Act, 1892.”

Resolved, That this Council approves of the lands proposed to be reserved as endowments for primary education, as specified in Paper No. 128 of 1903, being permanently set aside as endowments for primary education.—On motion of the Hon. Mr. Stevens.
