NOTICE is hereby given that by special resolutions of the shareholders passed at meeting held on the 17th October, 1904, and confirmed at a meeting held on the 1st November, 1904, it was resolved—(1) That the Café Monico (Limited) go into liquidation; (2) that Robert Wilberfoss be appointed Liquidator.
