Land taken for a Road in Block III., Lothian Hundred,
Southland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William
Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the land herein-
after mentioned, and with the consent of the Southland
County Council, being the local authority in whose district
the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim
as taken for a road the land in the Lothian Hundred
hereinafter described, that is to say,—

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as
above noted, deposited in the District Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Invercargill, in the Southland Land
District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight
Commander of the Royal Victorian Order,
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
ington, this fifth day of October, in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.

Lothian Hundred, Southland Land District.
