MASTERTON COUNTY.
NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Masterton County Council, under the provisions of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a road in the said county, and that for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is further given that a copy of the plan of the said road, and of the lands so required to be taken, are deposited at the office of the said Council, Hall Street, Masterton, and are there open for inspection. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of the said lands, shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Clerk of the Masterton County Council at the address aforesaid.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by JAMES FLEMMING and THOMAS FLEMMING, under the style or firm of “Flemming Brothers,” at Halcombe, in the trade or business of Storekeepers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on by James Flemming alone, who will pay and receive all outstanding accounts.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by THOMAS SHEARER and DAVID JOHNSTON SHEARER, under the style or firm of “Shearer Brothers,” at Kaupokonui, in the trade or business of Farmers, was dissolved by mutual consent on the 2nd day of October, 1903.
Mr. Thomas Shearer will carry on the business, and will receive all sums owing to the partnership, and pay all debts and liabilities of the late firm.
