Applications for Confirmation Certificates under Section 55.

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to a Judge of the Court for certificates under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienations hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificates must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.

IN THE NATIVE APPELLATE COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of Waikekono No. 4 and Wharaurangi Blocks, and of appeals by Arete Mahupuku from the decisions of the Native Land Court, dated the 17th day of June, 1904, on succession to Hamuera Tamahau Mahupuku, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeals have been withdrawn.
