DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership of Woolf
and Vogel, carrying on business at Willis Street,
Wellington, as Tailors, has been dissolved by mutual con-
sent as from the 26th day of August, 1904.
The business will from that date be carried on by Mendel
Julius Woolf solely, to whom all accounts owing to the late
firm must be paid, and by whom all the debts and liabilities
of the late firm will be discharged.
Dated at Wellington, this 26th day of August, 1904.

PATENT OFFICE SUPPLEMENT.
A SPECIAL Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette is
now published fortnightly, containing all notices con-
cerning patents and trade-marks required by law to be
gazetted; also, particulars of lapsed applications for patents,
expired letters patent, and other information useful to in-
ventors, manufacturers, and others. The Supplement will
be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on
payment of a subscription of ten shillings per annum, pay-
able in advance to the Government Printer.
BANKRUPTCY NOTICES.
THE public are informed that extracts from the New
Zealand Gazette, containing all Bankruptcy Notices
that appear in each issue, are published weekly, and will
be sent post-free to any address on payment of a subscrip-
tion of 10s. per annum. Single copies, 3d. each. Orders
should be addressed and subscriptions made payable to
JOHN MACKAY,
Government Printer.
DISTRICT COURT ACTS, WITH RULES AND
REGULATIONS, are now issued in one compact
volume.
Price: Cloth, 4s.; half-calf, 6s. 6d.
Orders may be given to local booksellers or to the under-

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of
30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period
than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for
the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any
subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged
23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by
the Government Printer before three o’clock of the day
preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders
should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed
“Public a/c,” and exchange added.
Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment
from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders
are issued.
Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to
prevent delay in publication a sufficient remittance should
accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be re-
turned with receipted account.
