All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less, being Section No. 6, Block IV., Waipakura Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 2 of Block IV., Waipakura Survey District; and towards the north-east, south, and south-west by the Te Komai Road. For General Government buildings.

All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 7, Block IV., Waipakura Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 2 of Block IV., Waipakura Survey District; towards the north-east by the Te Komai Road; and towards the south-west by Section No. 5 of Block IV. aforesaid. For a quarry reserve.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52448A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and four.

Rural Lands in Otago Land District open for Sale or Selection.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirty-sixth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, having received the report of the Surveyor-General in this behalf, as in the said section is provided, do hereby declare that the rural lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection on and after the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and four; and also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedule may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or be selected for occupation with right of purchase or on lease in perpetuity, or, in respect of any land containing or supposed to contain any metal, mineral, or valuable stone, be selected on lease in perpetuity only; and I do hereby also fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased, as mentioned in the said Schedule hereto, and do declare that the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased under and subject to the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892.”
