MINING NOTICES.
In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the THAMES TALISMAN GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the company’s office, No. 205, Victoria Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 5th day of July, 1904, the following resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent general meeting of the shareholders of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 21st day of July, 1904, the following resolution was duly confirmed: “That the Thames Talisman Gold-mining Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the last-named general meeting THOMAS BENJAMIN CLAY, of His Majesty’s Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, Land Agent, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-mentioned company has commenced to carry on business in the Colony of New Zealand, and that its registered office for the said colony is the office of the company situated at Karangahake, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the said colony.
