MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, ARTHUR LEONARD ANDERSON, M.B. Mast. Surg. 1898, M.D. 1903, Univ. Edin., now residing in Wellington, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 30th day of July next to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand, and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar-General.

RESULT of Poll taken on 6th June, 1904, in pursuance of sections 5 and 6 of “The Rating on Unimproved Values Act, 1896,” and under “The Local Government Reform Act, 1899,” upon a proposal that “The Rating on Unimproved Values Act, 1896,” be rescinded in the Borough of Devonport, and that henceforth property be rated upon the basis of the annual value:—

As the total number of votes recorded against the proposal exceeds those for the proposal, I declare the proposal defeated.

THE WAITARA FREEZING AND COOL-STORAGE COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

A GENERAL Meeting of the shareholders of the Waitara Freezing and Cool-storage Company (Limited), (in liquidation), will be held at the office of Messrs. Malone, McVeagh, and Anderson, Brougham Street, New Plymouth, on Friday, the 22nd day of July, 1904, at 11.15 a.m., for the purpose of considering the Liquidator’s account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and also for the purpose of transacting any other business which may be found necessary for the final dissolution of the company.

I T having been reported to me that the New Zealand Co-operative Printing Company (Limited) has ceased to carry on business, I hereby give notice that at the expiration of three months from this date the name of such company will, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register, and the company will be dissolved.

I TAKE notice that, in pursuance of the provisions contained in subsection (4) of section 266 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” the names of the undermentioned companies have now been struck off the Register, and the said companies are dissolved:—
