IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 2 of “The Towns Main Streets Act, 1902,” I, Thomas Young Duncan, Minister of Lands, do hereby authorise the laying-off of the main streets in the Town of Worota Extension, Auckland Land District, of a width of 66 ft., instead of 99 ft. as prescribed by section 17 of “The Land Act, 1892.”

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Auckland Shipwrights Industrial Union of Workers, registered No. 158, situated at Auckland, the registration of that industrial union will be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date hereof unless within the six weeks specified proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having some claim on the funds of the industrial union to set aside such cancellation, and the same is set aside accordingly.
