NOTICE is hereby given that the following special
resolution was passed at an extraordinary general
meeting of the Universal Co-operative Boot and Shoe Com-
pany (Limited) held on the 27th May, 1904, and was con-
firmed at an extraordinary general meeting held on the
14th June, 1904.
Special Resolution: That the Universal Co-operative
Boot and Shoe Company (Limited) be voluntarily wound
up, and that Mr. J. A. Frostick be appointed Liquidator.

for the purpose of having an account of the liquidation

be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on
