NOTICE is hereby given for public information that the Commissioners appointed in pursuance of section 189 of “The Land Act, 1892,” have reported to His Excellency the Governor that the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been classified by them as therein noted.

SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
CLASS I.—PASTORAL LANDS, being Lands suitable exclusively for Pasturage, and not capable of being used with Profit in Areas of a Carrying-capacity of less than Five Thousand Sheep.
Run 236, Tekoa Station: 17,750 acres, situated in the Amuri County. Bounded on the north by Sections 72 and 76, Square 104; on the east by Section 13A, Square 83, the range to Mount Tekoa; thence by Section 50, Square 104, and the River Dove; on the south by Section 159, Square 103; thence on the west by Section 160, Square 103; and again on the south by said Section 160 to the River George; on the west by the River George; on the south-east and north by Section 1, Mandamus Survey District; on the west by the Mandamus River and right lines, the east boundary of Run No. 235 to Gorge Stream; thence on the south and west by the Glynn Wye Run No. 233, and Section 35, Square 104.
Run 237, Upper Hurunui Station: 45,000 acres, situated in the Amuri County. Bounded on the north-west by the summit of the main range from the Hurunui Pass to the Hope Pass; on the north by the Glynn Wye Run No. 233; on the east by Glynn Wye Run and old pack-track; on the south by Lake Sumner and the Hurunui River to the Hurunui Pass.
Run 235, Upper Mandamus Station: 8,850 acres, situated in the Amuri County. Bounded on the north-west by the Glynn Wye Run No. 233; on the east by right lines bearing approximately 53° 30′, 9 chains, thence 156° 45′, 74 chains, thence 193° 30′, 56 chains; thence by the Mandamus River; on the south and west by Run No. 13.
