Sections 2 to 7, Block XIV., open and forest lands, undulating to broken; well watered. Section 12, heavy mixed forest, containing some kauri and totara. Section 5 is situated on the main formed road. These lands are situated from seven to twelve miles from Kawakawa towards Puhipuhi, and are of fairly good quality, and suitable for sheep and cattle raising.

Situated about one mile and a half from Rangiahua Post-office and eleven miles from Okaihau. Access by formed road to within 20 chains of south-east corner of the land.
