of the members of the said company will be held at the
Dunedin Stock Exchange Buildings, Princes Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 4th day of July, 1904, at 4 o’clock
p.m., for the purpose of receiving the account made up by
the Liquidator of the company, showing the manner in
which the winding-up of the affairs of the company has
been conducted, and the assets of the company disposed of.
