A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the lands in Block XI., Pohangina Survey District, hereinafter described, that is to say,—

Approximate Area of Land taken. Being Portion of Section No. Situated in Block No. Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 2 2 11 7 XI. Pohangina R. 5610 Red.
0 3 10 7A " " " Blue.

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Borough of Maori Hill, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in the Borough of Maori Hill, Waikari Survey District, hereinafter described, that is to say,—

Approximate Area of Land taken. Portion of Section No. Borough of Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan marked Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 0 0 6 61 and 63 Maori Hill Waikari S.G. 52086 Red

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above noted, deposited in the District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Dunedin, in the Otago Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twentieth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.

ERRATUM.—In New Zealand Gazette No. 34, of the 28th April, 1904, page 1169, for “No. 102, Sergeant-Major William Pacey, Royal New Zealand Artillery,” awarded the Imperial Long-service and Good-conduct Medal, read “No. 102, Sergeant-Major William Pacey, Royal New Zealand Engineers.”
