NOTICE is hereby given that the situation and locality
of the office of the Talisman Consolidated (Limited),
(in liquidation), has been changed from Nos. 26, 27, and 28,
Palmerston Buildings, Queen Street, in the City of Auck-
land, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of
New Zealand, to the Mine Office, at Karangahake, in the said
provincial district.

INVERCARGILL DAIRY SUPPLY COMPANY
(LIMITED).
At an extraordinary meeting of shareholders held on
Tuesday, the 3rd day of May, the following extra-
ordinary resolution was carried unanimously:—
“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meet-
ing that the Invercargill Dairy Supply Company (Limited)
cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and
that it is advisable to wind up the same.”
The following resolution was also carried:—
“ That George Featherstone, of Invercargill, be appointed
Liquidator.”

THE KAITANGATA RAILWAY AND COAL COM-
PANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of
“ The Companies Act, 1903,” that a General Meeting
of the members of the above company will be held at the
Board Room, Agricultural Hall Buildings, Crawford Street,
Dunedin, on Friday, the 10th day of June, 1904, at 3 o’clock
in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid
before them showing the manner in which the winding-up
has been conducted and the property of the company dis-
posed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given
by the Liquidators, and also of determining by extraordinary
resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and
documents of the company, and of the Liquidators thereof,
shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is thereby given that the following extraordi-
nary resolution was carried at a special meeting of
the company held on Friday, 29th April, 1904:—
“ That this company in general meeting assembled
do pass this extraordinary resolution to the effect that
it is proved to its satisfaction that the company can-
not, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business,
and that it is advisable to wind up the same, due
notice having been given of the intention to propose
this resolution: and that Geo. White and J. W. Findlay
be appointed Liquidators; the remuneration to be paid
to them shall be a total of 5 per cent. on the realised
assets.”

Pasteurised Milk and Fresh Food Supply Company
(Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary
general meeting of the above-named company, duly
convened, and held at Christchurch on the 13th July, 1900,
the following resolution was duly passed, and such resolu-
tion was duly confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting
of the company, duly convened, and held on 3rd August,
1900:—
“ That the above-named company be wound up voluntarily
under the provisions of ‘ The Companies Act, 1882,’ and
its amendments; and for the purposes of such winding-up
Mr. Robert Best Ellison be and is hereby appointed Liqui-
dator.”

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between the late John Maxwell (deceased),
George Alexander Leonard Maxwell, and William Samuel
Maxwell, carrying on business as Merchants at Tauranga
under the style or firm of “ Maxwell and Sons,” having
been dissolved as from the 15th day of March last by the
death of the said John Maxwell (deceased), and the said
George Alexander Leonard Maxwell having decided to retire
from the firm, the business will in future be carried on by
the said William Samuel Maxwell in his own name, and the
said William Samuel Maxwell will receive all moneys owing
to and pay all debts owing by the late firm.
