The essential particulars of this trade mark are the central device, being the representation of a tomato-plant growing from the earth and two tomatoes thereon, one being on each side of the plant, with two scrolls or bands above the device and one beneath it and the word “Otamot” beneath the tomatoes; and applicant disclaims any right to the exclusive use of the added matter, save and except in so far as it consists of his trading name.
