IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section 2 of “The Towns Main Streets Act, 1902,” I, Thomas Young Duncan, Minister of Lands, do hereby authorise the laying-off of the main street in the Town of Sumter, Hawke’s Bay Land District, of a width of 66 ft., instead of 99 ft. as prescribed by section 17 of “The Land Act, 1892.”
