Land taken for a Road in Block XII., Opaku Survey District,
Wairoa Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its
amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent
of the owner of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with
the consent of the Wairoa Road Board, being the local
authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by
this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in
Opaku Survey District hereinafter described, that is to
say,—

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured
as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Chief
Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly;
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished
Order of Saint Michael and Saint George;
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over
His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its
Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-
lington, this seventh day of April, in the year
of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
four.
