Requests to amend Applications and Specifications for Letters Patent.

REQUESTS for leave to leave to amend the undermentioned applications for Letters Patent have been received, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may at any time within one month from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing of opposition to the amendments. Such notice must set forth the particular grounds of objection, and be in duplicate. A fee of 10s. is payable thereon.

Nos. 17348 and 17349.—GEORGE WILLIAM BASLEY, of Vulcan Chambers, corner Queen Street and Vulcan Lane, in the City of Auckland, New Zealand, Patent Agent (nominee of National Cash-register Company, of Dayton, in the State of Ohio, United States of America).

No. 17348.—(1.) To insert the following words after the word “America,” line 7 in the application and 10 in the specification: “Assignees of Berry A. Baxter, Manufacturer, of Park Avenue West, in the City of Mansfield, State of Ohio, aforesaid.” (2.) To alter the word “their” to “his” in line 11 of the specification.

No. 17349.—(1.) To insert the following words after the word “America,” line 7 in the application and 10 in the specification: “Assignees of Berry A. Baxter, Manufacturer, of Park Avenue West, in the City of Mansfield, State of Ohio aforesaid, and Ulysses G. Daugherty, Gentleman, of 525, Negley Place, in the City of Dayton aforesaid.”
