Registrar’s Office, Auckland, 15th February, 1904.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the 25th day of October, 1889, it was ordered and declared that the investigation and determination of the ownership of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and also the determination and individualisation of title to the said land, and the mode of granting the same, and any matter or question which during such investigation may arise in relation to the interests of Natives in the said land, should be and the same were thereby brought within the jurisdiction of the Native Land Court :

Now, notice is hereby given that, at a sitting to be held at Rawene, Hokianga, on the 30th day of March, 1904, the Court will proceed to inquire into and determine the several matters brought within its jurisdiction as hereinbefore recited.

SCHEDULE.

All that parcel of land in the District of Hokianga known as Section 9A, Block XII., Mangamuka Survey District, containing by admeasurement 150 acres, more or less—bounded towards the north-west by Te Kume Stream, towards the east and south generally by the Oura River, and towards the west by the Otarihau Block—numbered 254 (in red), 1200, 450, 400, 2455, and 470 links, be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

NOTICE is hereby given that the matter mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written will be heard by the Native Land Court sitting at Opotiki, Bay of Plenty, on the 25th day of February, 1904, or as soon thereafter as the business of the Court will allow.

IT is hereby notified that the application of Heremaia Omipi, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for the inclusion of certain names in the title to Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 64 Block, has been dismissed.

Further Adjournment of Sitting of Native Land Court at Whanganui.

Registrar’s Office, Wellington, 23rd February, 1904.

NOTICE is hereby given that the sitting of the Native Land Court which was notified to be held at Whanganui on the 20th day of January, 1904, and adjourned to the 10th day of February, and the 4th day of March, 1904, has been further adjourned to the 31st day of March, 1904, at the same place.

Application for Confirmation Certificate under Section 55.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to a Judge of the Court for a certificate under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienation hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.
