Bounded towards the north by the Aorangi Maunga Block and the Korutu-o-Whiti and Motupotaka Streams; towards the east by the Aorangiwai River and the Aorangiwai No. 1A Block; towards the south by the said Aorangiwai River and Section No. 1, Block I., Mata Survey District; and towards the west by the Tapuwaeroa No. 2A No. 1 Block (Crown land): as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 51442, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
