TE TIHOI NO. 3, TE TIHOI NO. 2A, AND TE POUAKANI C NO. 4B.

In the matter of the Te Tihoi No. 3, Te Tihoi No. 2A, and Te Pouakani C No. 4B Blocks; and of an appeal by Kapu te Kohika against the decision of the Native Land Court, given on the 10th day of October, 1903, appointing successors to the interests of Waraki Kapu, deceased, in the said lands.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
