Notice of Appeal withdrawn.—Lot 60a, Parish of Rangitaiki.—“The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE APPELLATE COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of Lot 60A, Parish of Rangitaiki, and of an appeal by Akuhata Tarariwha against the decision of the Native Land Court, given on the 3rd day of March, 1903, partitioning the said land.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
