Declaring a certain Road in Ngaiire Survey District, Stratford County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of December, 1903.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by section one hundred and two of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the gazetting of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

The parcel of land mentioned hereunder:—

Declaring Road in Puhaka Hamlet, Levels County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the road in Puhaka Hamlet, Levels County, described in the Schedule below shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Canterbury Land District, in the County of Levels, starting from the Old South Road at the northern corner of Section No. 5, Block X., Arowhenua Survey District, and extending generally in an easterly direction between Sections Nos. 1, 2, and 3 on the north side, and Sections Nos. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 on the south side, and terminating at the junction with the Great North Road; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 5161u (9), deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon shown by a red dotted line and marked X.X.

Declaring Portion of the Picton-Grove Road, Picton Road District, to be a District Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of December, 1903.

THE HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of the Picton-Grove Road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a district road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Marlborough Land District, Picton Road District, being part of the Picton-Grove Road, commencing at the northern boundary of the Town of Picton, and proceeding generally northerly and westerly through Section 3, Block XII., south-westerly through Section 4, Block XII., and north-westerly through Section 1, Block XII., Linkwater Survey District; thence through H. E. and O. Curtis's land; thence from the north-western boundary of the said land, proceeding in a northerly and easterly direction through Crown land, and terminating at the point of junction of the old and new roads in Section 2, Block VIII., all in Linkwater Survey District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 2275, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured red and sienna, and marked A.A.A.

Declaring Part of Potaka Road, in Rangitikei County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of December, 1903.

THE HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of the Potaka Road, in the Rangitikei County, described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road in the Wellington Land District, commencing at its junction with the Kawatau River, at a peg marked XXXIV., in the southern river-boundary of Awarua 1a No. 2 East, Block VII., Hautapu Survey District, and proceeding thence generally easterly until it junctions with the Kawatau North Road, and from thence proceeding northerly and westerly until it junctions with the Omatani Road at peg XCII., in the Awarua 1a No. 1 Block, Block VIII., Hautapu Survey District, in the County of Rangitikei; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 5161E, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, coloured blue and marked C.D. thereon.

Declaring the Top Valley Road, Wairau Road District, to be a District Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of December, 1903.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the road known as the Top Valley Road, described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a district road.
