PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand passed in the forty-fourth year of the reign of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria, and intituled “The Marriage Act, 1880,” the following names of Officiating Ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information:—

Church of the Province of New Zealand, commonly called the Church of England.

Notice of Cancellation of Registry under “The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1900.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the registration of the New Plymouth Carpenters and Joiners’ Industrial Union of Workers, No. 222, situated at New Plymouth, is hereby cancelled as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

“The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1900.”—Notice of Cancellation of Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Auckland Operative Bakers’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered No. 109, situated at Auckland, the registration of that industrial union will be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date hereof unless within the six weeks specified proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having some claim on the funds of the industrial union to set aside such cancellation, and the same is set aside accordingly.

Notice published pursuant to the Provisions of Section 15 of “The Public Trust Office Consolidation Act, 1894.”

NOTICE is hereby given that, no person having taken out administration, the Public Trustee has filed in the Office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an election to administer the several intestate estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations, so far as known, are hereunder respectively set forth, their gross properties being estimated not to exceed £250 in each case.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882”; and in the matter of the application and affidavit of Charles McGechie, of Cardiff, Farmer, Chairman of the Cardiff Co-operative Store Company (Limited).

I HEREBY notify that, no objection to such application having been made and lodged with me as by the said Act required, I do now declare such company to be dissolved.
