A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do by this notice hereby proclaim as closed the road through Seatoun Road District hereinafter described.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twelfth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

ERRATA.—In New Zealand Gazette No. 67, of the 27th August, 1903, in Schedule of Warrant temporarily reserving Lots 1 and 2, Tikokino Agricultural Sections, for “Block XVI., Wakarara Survey District,” read “Block XIII., Maraekakaho Survey District.” In the notification of “Crown Lands Rangers appointed,” published in New Zealand Gazette No. 80, of the 15th October, 1903, page 2190, for “Herbert Alexander Goudie” read “Halbert Alexander Goudie.”
