BANKRUPTCY NOTICES.
In Bankruptcy.—In the Supreme Court, holden at Auckland.
In the matter of “The Bankruptcy Act, 1892”; and in the matter of Mrs. J. Musgrave, whose last known place of abode was in Khyber Pass Road, in the City of Auckland, but whose present place of abode and business is unknown, Grocer, a debtor.
NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of this honourable Court dated Friday, the 6th day of November instant, I was appointed interim Receiver and Manager of the estate of the above-named debtor, and was directed to take immediate possession of her property and business.

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of shareholders in this company will be held at the office of J. B. Finlay, 25, Featherston Street, Wellington, on Wednesday, the 13th January, 1904, at 4.30 p.m., for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s accounts showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and of passing a resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of the Liquidator thereof.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company, held at the office of the company, No. 5, Lambton Quay, Wellington, on the 13th day of October, 1903, the following resolution was passed, viz., “That the assets of the company be sold, and that the company be voluntarily liquidated, and that E. Bucholz be and is hereby appointed Liquidator”; and that this resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the company held on the 28th October, 1903.
