Sitting of the Native Appellate Court at Tokaanu, Taupo.
Native Land Court Office, Auckland, 23rd October, 1903.
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Tokaanu, Taupo, on the 20th day of November, 1903, to hear and determine the several appeals against the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

IN THE NATIVE APPELLATE COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of the land known as Whakamaru (5,000 acres), and of an appeal by Whata Reweti and others against the decision of the Native Land Court, given on the 4th day of December, 1902, partitioning the said land into three divisions, called respectively Whakamaru-Maungaiti West No. 5208a, Whakamaru-Maungaiti West No. 5208b, and Whakamaru-Maungaiti West No. 5208c.
NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn so far as it affects the said Whakamaru-Maungaiti West No. 5208a only.
