Proclaiming the Taking of Land for Ngamotu Road, through Section No. 811, Grey District, Block IV., Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the New Plymouth Harbour Board and of the lessee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Omata Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

A. R. P. 0 3 33 811 (Grey District) IV. Paritutu S.G. 51199 Purple.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, at New Plymouth, in the Taranaki Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, Uchter John Mark, Earl of Ranfurly, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Cook County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as a road the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

A. R. P. 5 0 17 1 and 3 I. and V. Uawa 450 Red.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked as above mentioned, deposited in the District Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, at Napier, in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, and thereon coloured as above noted.
