Rural Land in Auckland Land District open for Sale or Selection.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 21st October, 1903.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned Crown land will be open for sale or selection, in terms of section 136 of “The Land Act, 1892,” either for cash, for occupation with right of purchase, or for lease in perpetuity, at the option of the selector, on and after Wednesday, the 16th day of December, 1903.
In the event of more than one application being received for the section on the same day, the order of selection shall be decided by ballot.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—KAWHIA COUNTY.—ORAHIRI SURVEY DISTRICT.

Second-class Land.

Weighted with £45 12s. valuation for improvements.

Altitude, about 800 ft. above sea-level. Mostly heavy forest; balance fern and tea-tree scrub; limestone formation; soil fairly good, and well watered. Distant fourteen miles from Otorohanga.

Small Grazing-run in Hawke’s Bay Land District open for Lease on Application.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned small grazing-run will be open for lease on application, at this office, on Friday, the 20th day of November, 1903, under the provisions of Part V. of “The Land Act, 1892.”
If more than one application is received for the run on the same day, the order of selection shall be decided by ballot.
