THIRD SCHEDULE.
I, JAMES ROLAND COLYER, Registrar of the Supreme Court for the District of Otago and Southland at Invercargill, do hereby notify that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by William Benjamin Scandrett, Secretary of the Otara Dairy Factory Company (Limited), has been lodged in the Magistrate’s Court at Invercargill and forwarded to me, and that unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date I shall proceed to declare the company to be dissolved, in manner provided by “The Companies Act, 1882.”

I, WILLIAM BENJAMIN SCANDRETT, of Invercargill, in the Colony of New Zealand, Land and Commission Agent, and Secretary of the Otara Dairy Factory Company (Limited), incorporated under “The Companies Act, 1882,” do hereby make oath and say,–
- That the nominal capital of the said company is £1,600, in 1,600 shares of £1 each, of which 909 have been issued.
- That the shares issued have been fully paid up.
- That the company has no assets, and has ceased to carry on its operations.
And I do hereby apply for declaration of dissolution of such company.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882”; and in the matter of the affidavit and application of Norman Gordon Whichcote Hanmer, Chairman of the Straits Settlements Dredging and Prospecting Company (Limited).
I HEREBY notify that, no objection to such application having been made and lodged with me, as by the said Act required, I do now declare such company to be dissolved.
