Notice of Appeal withdrawn.—Lot 128, Parish of Pepepe.—“The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE APPELLATE COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of Lot 128, Parish of Pepepe, and of an appeal by Tohirangi Akarauti (by his solicitor, John St. Clair) against the decision of the Native Land Court, given on the 12th day of June, 1903, appointing successor to the interest of Wiremu Hape, alias Huinganui Ngapaki, in the said land.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
