NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.
Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of certain survey charging orders affecting subdivisions of the Karaka Block, and of an application by Charles William Reardon under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
WHEREAS the above application was referred by me to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and the same has been duly reported on: And whereas the Native Land Court, on the 2nd day of December, 1897, made certain charging orders against the said block in favour of the late firm of Richardson and Reardon, as specified in the Schedule hereto: And whereas it has been found that the amounts due on the several subdivisions of the said block are incorrectly stated, and the applicant is desirous that the same should be cancelled, and new orders issued in his name only, as in the said application mentioned:
Now, therefore, for the purpose of rectifying the said errors, and in exercise of the power in that behalf vested in me by section 39 aforesaid, I hereby order that the said several orders of the Native Land Court specified in the Schedule hereto be and the same hereby are annulled, to the intent that application may be made to the Court to issue other orders in lieu thereof as aforesaid.
