NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Office of the Hauraki Mines (Limited), where legal proceedings of any kind may be served upon it, and to which notice of any kind may be addressed or given, and for the purpose of “The Foreign Companies Act, 1884,” has been removed to the offices of Messrs. Heather, Rober-ton, and Co., situate in Customs Street, in the City of Auckland.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned Robert Boag the younger, William Boag, and Robert Crawford, carrying on business as Traction-engine Owners, Carriers, and Contractors, at Napier and Pohui, under the style or firm of “R. Boag and Co.,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Robert Crawford, who retires from the firm.

All debts due or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Robert Boag the younger and William Boag, who will continue the said business under the present style or firm of “R. Boag and Co.”

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and the Acts amending the same; and in the matter of the Vacuum Brand Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 21st day of September, 1903, presented to Mr. Justice Williams, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by John Anderson, of Dunedin, in the Provincial District of Otago and Colony of New Zealand, Brassfounder, &c., a creditor of the said company; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the 9th day of October, 1903; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of the hearing, by himself or his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
